1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE
You represent and warrant that:

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Linkelle provides a digital platform enabling users to:
- Create link-in-bio pages
- Share content and external links
- Generate QR codes
- Access analytics and related tools
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without liability.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Be fully responsible for all activities under your account
We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS, TRIALS, AND BILLING
- All plans include a 7-day trial for $0.99.
- After the trial, subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled prior to the end of the trial period.
- By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing to your selected payment method.
- All fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. USER CONTENT AND RESPONSIBILITY
You retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for operating and improving the Platform.
You are solely responsible for:
- All content, links, and materials you publish
- Ensuring your content complies with applicable laws
- Any consequences arising from your content
We do not monitor or verify user content and disclaim all liability related to such content.
6. PROHIBITED USES
You agree NOT to use the Platform for:
- Illegal activities or violation of any laws
- Fraud, phishing, scams, or deceptive practices
- Distribution of malware, spyware, or harmful code
- Unauthorized financial services or payment schemes
- Sale of counterfeit or restricted goods
- Intellectual property infringement
- Harassment, abuse, or harmful conduct
- Adult, explicit, or regulated content where prohibited
- Impersonation or misrepresentation
We reserve the absolute right to remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts without notice.

Linkelle shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 3 months.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linkelle, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform

- Your violation of these Terms
13. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your access will be revoked
- Your data may be deleted without liability

You acknowledge that:
